Mrs. Kimberley Kepner
It is with great pride and excitement that I write this introduction to you as I enter into my fourth year as principal of James Love Elementary School. I am a native of Pennsylvania and currently reside in Cleveland County with my husband and three dogs. I earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from West Chester University and a master’s degree in school administration from Appalachian State University. I have 21 years educational experience, spanning grades K-6. My experience includes 13 years teaching third and fourth grades, two years as a curriculum technology coordinator (grades K-4), two years as assistant principal at Kings Mountain Intermediate School (grades 5-6), and one year as assistant principal at James Love. I am excited to bring my skills as an educational leader to your son/daughter’s school and to work with you as a partner in education to ensure your child’s success.
I want to express my gratitude to you for the opportunity to work with your children each day. I feel a positive, cohesive partnership between the school and student's home results in exemplary student success. During the course of the year, it is my desire to work together with you to provide the students of James Love the best possible opportunity to reach their fullest potential while preparing them to be world-class citizens ready to master the challenges of the 21st Century with a solid academic foundation.
My door is always open and I welcome your input. Please feel free to stop in, email or call to make an appointment to discuss any concerns, suggestions, or ideas to help make this the best year yet. It is going to be a great year at James Love and I look forward to working with you!
